Mounts

Above Photo: Front motor mount perch is welded to the frame and the engine is installed on steel reinforced rubber pads and nylon bolt bushing to dampen vibration and completely
eliminate metal to metal contact between the engine and frame. Stainless Steel motor mount bolts are used at the front mount with oversize SS bolts at the rear mount.

 
Above Photo: Heavy steel chain guard mount is welded to the frame at the seat post, rubber lined stainless steel clamps are used to stay the rear of the chain guard, 4 over sized M6 zinc coated machine screws insures rock solid function.
Chain tensioner tower uses stainless steel hardware and the chain roller spins on a sealed cartridge bearing.  


Above Photo: Fuel tank is bolted to rigid mounts on rubber isolaters with stainless steel hardware. Heavy duty fender mount can be seen in this photo.


Optional Lighting

Above Photo: 55w 12 volt light is serious bright for the darkest road on the darkest night, bicycle lights are made so you can be seen, but at 20+mph you will want to know what is ahead of you.



Above Photo: 2", Super Bright, 9 L.E.D., 12 volt, flashing red tail light. Most Arizona towns & cities require a flashing red light visible from 300 feet on the back of bicycles, this light can be seen from up to 5 miles away.
